If PSU wins they're in. If OSU gets in over PSU there will be ungodly amounts of noise in the system and conference championships will officially be irrelevant. If that happens, say goodbye to CFB and hello NFL-lite.
The committee won't put OSU in if Clemson and PSU win.

I agree 100%. Oklahoma was left out because their conference did not have a championship game, yet they could conceivably put 2 teams in that did not play in their conference championship game? (Ohio State, Michigan) It doesn't matter who is perceived to be the best team...you have to prove it by winning your conference. Michigan especially has lost their last 2 out of three games with one loss coming to a bad Iowa team.

Current rankings:
1) Bama
2) OSU
3) Clemson
4) Washington
If Bama and Clemson win today, the top four rankings will most likely be the same as they are now.
The CFP Commitee ranks the teams based on their win/loss resumes (strength of record). Conference championship is merely one of several tie breakers used only if teams' resumes are essentially equal.
Washington's resume has now improved enough to secure them at #4, but their resume still won't be better than or equal to any of the three teams ranked ahead of them (assuming Bama & Clemson win).
Also, if Bama and Clemson win, the winner of the Penn State vs. Wisconsin game won't get in, because adding that one high-quality win to their resume still won't be enough to make up for having two losses.
Bottom line: If Bama & Clemson win today, the current top four is not likely to change at all.
