No they don't. Most experienced talent does not mean best. We're probably a top 10 job in the country. If an up and coming coach knows that must produce on the front end to get paid on he back end, he'll take the offer we make him. And if he leaves, frick him well find someone with more integrity.

Nobody said experienced meant being the best.
If we want a coach and let him walk due to money, half of this board would lose it. We would go from complaining about giving huge contracts to letting great prospects walk because of money. We can't have it both ways. We have to pay the money, it's part of doing business and attracting/keeping the best candidates. We are quick to forget that Sumlin was being poached by USC when we gave him that huge contract. We did what our boosters thought was best at the time.
Integrity means nothing in this business.
