Drywall going in as of yesterday. Making the house great again. Got them Cat 6 cables through the house now too.
At the rate those mexicans are going, might be back in by Christmas.

It's moving along pretty brisk with them as well. I haven't asked how far they pushed but I think they are going to be upgrading a lot of the house. I'd get to see the progress of Guice had run the correct way.
First rain we have had in 3 months up here so I'm enjoying a cigar without worrying about burning the mountains down

Doing a fair number of upgrades too.

Yea that was their thinking. The good news is it's unlikely to flood again like that, but the upgrades really help bring the value that may have been lost back up

Yea I have a feeling it could be very good for the neighborhood. The houses were getting older. It is horrible that it flooded but it sounds like most chose to rebuild which is good.

Coming along slowly but surely. Close to Barringer its really starting to come along. Profit out toward Antioch though...ugh. Those folks and people on Members will likely get forced to raise.

I really disagree with the gov forcing people to do that.
Tucker is like a nicer Milo since he is on tv and not gay so he can't get away with as much

Milo made a great point at one of his talks about all the talent the right had on it right now as far as these podcast and how the left has gone so bat shite crazy that their talent pool is gone.

First of all, Milo is fricking awesome.
Secondly, I agree with him.
Also, the left has delved SO far into identity politics that the absurdity is turning people off.

Im ok with it, but flood insurance needs to pay to do it. Dont want to risk future payouts, fine. Making people pay six figures out of pocket and maybe get paid back in three years is not just wrong, but incredibly stupid.

I could live with that. If they want to risk it lower and pay higher premiums then I'm ok with their choice. It will probably be another
