Pretty much this.
Freshwater seems to be a very good QB coach. Which Sark has a good background in that area too.
Everyone just trusts in Saban. If Bama doesn't recruit a 5* player or does recruit a 3* player, I don't question it. Because Saban.
The man has earned the benefit of the doubt, to say the least.

It's fine if he stays but Saban has proven time and again he is a master at assembling a staff. The only one that was questionable was nuss but even he helped us to a natty.
Because Saban identifies great coaches every time we have an opening, Nobody even worries about it.
If he leaves we know we won't miss a beat next year.
