Even if he did land an easy job and managed early succes, I can't see him sustaining it. His personality has lead to scandals being swept under the rug, and burning bridges and leaving with serious bad blood at Hoover, FSU, and UGA.

Saban might let him call the plays but it ain't his defense. I could call a good defense with bamas players against what Gus put out there last night.

Nothing about last night makes him some elite coach. Literally anybody with the most basic understanding of football, defense, and schemes could have produced the same results in the match up
