Hearing how dominant Bama is for 15 weeks (from massively more ubiquitous media) just can't compare to watching "sterile" highlights from 20 years go.

I guess I don't understand the purpose of your completely obvious statements. Things that happened 23 years ago are less relevant in our minds than things that happened one week ago. That has zero impact on one's ability to evaluate teams on you tube or a TV. that was my point from the beginning.
