I agree Herman is vastly over rated. However you're not firing O after 1 year. You're already hurting the program by hiring him. Perception is a bitch.

Keeping the staff and class together hurts the program? The state loves him and he's already changed the culture vastly in two months. Please explain how he hurts the program? I'll hang up and listen
