True story, 1994 Iron Bowl. Bama comes in 10-0 and Aubie comes in 9-0-1. BIG BIG game.
I had a girlfriend, things were going well, she was an Aubie but we were "working" through it. We take her car to Legion Field and meet up with her friends who were a mix of Bama and Auburn folks. By the way, neither she nor her Auburn friends graduated from Auburn.
Anyway, Bama ends up winning 21-14 and it's a great win. She says she is going to the bathroom as soon as this drive is over. Bama stops them, she goes to the bathroom. Anyhoo, about 20 minutes passes and I ask someone where she is. She friggin left me at LF and we had drove from Blount county. No shite, she left my arse high and dry at the ole gray lady on Graymont. Needless to say, that wasn't gonna work out. Good girl but could not stomach losing to Bama. Hopefully she married an Aubie and has little Aubies.
