You didn't say the suburbs. You said the safest city. Houston is NOT a safe city, and if there are 30,000 Muslims there, most if not all are IN THE CITY.
Most Muslims are concentrated in the urban centers of the state. Houston has some twenty-two Islamic centers and mosques and a Muslim population of 57,000, and Dallas has fifteen centers and 30,000 Muslims.
Not the word Urban. That means city as opposed to suburbs. So, thank you for pointing out that Houston, one of the most dangerous cities in Houston has a population of 57,000 Muslims.
