From what I've gathered, the committee is trying to put the teams in the top four that will be able to compete with Alabama. The only team that I think can give Alabama a good game would be Ohio State. After watching Clemson take down Louisville I think Alabama would dominate a game against Louisville. As much as Clemson struggled with their schedule I think the tide would dominate that game as well. I'm unsure of Michigan but I don't think they match up well with Alabama's athletes. So yeah, I think they have a agenda.

This is a year why a 4 team playoff seems redundant. The only team to play Alabama is Alabama. The CFP this year really might be the Iron Bowl because as a rival game, it can go either way come game day no matter what the stats say going into the game.

The issue I have with the B1G is they have been beating the Michigan and Ohio State drum all season when perhaps they should have been beating the drum for Wisconsin and Penn State as well. B1G CCG could be Penn State vs Wisconsin but the media hype would have you believe it will be Michigan and Ohio State getting into the CFP.
