I don't think we can, but I know when you think one talented team has no chance against another talented team, the college football Gods do some weird stuff to make it happen. I think this could be a close game and a game that we have a chance to win. But I'm not going to pick us to beat them. Fournette and Guice are better than our defense right now. Etling won't be able to throw on our secondary and we have to hope that our DL outplays their OL and doesn't get pushed around by their OL.
On offense they can suffocate us. It Appleby can hit some of the throws he did against USCe and not turn it over, we have a chance. We gotta have sustained drives and get points when we have the opportunity to get them. The offense looked like it found a little confidence against USCe, so we'll have to see how they respond.
Our coaching is much better than theirs if it comes down to a close game and a big play call. I'd take Mac, Nuss, and Collins before anybody on their staff. So if it comes down to coaching, we have a huge advantage.
All that being said, I see it being 21-17 or 27-17 LSU, somewhere between a 4 and 10 point win for them.
