Kinda tough to originally claim that Miles is having success with Sabans recruits.. acknowledge that Saban is a better coach than Miles.. look at Miles success from 2005-2011..

And then think that Saban couldn't have done better.

Dumb thread.

They're just spinning their wheels, per the usual. They think they made Saban what he is, not that they were mutually beneficial to each other. Same with Saban and LSU. The coach and program need each other to build something great. People forget that LSU made Saban the highest paid coach in the country. Bertman started providing Saban with the money necessary to compete nationally. LSU didn't just dig out of the hole they were in 100% because Saban is a good coach. Same with Alabama. Alabama isn't Alabama because of some sort of predestination. They are Alabama because they've hired the best coach in the country and provided him with unlimited resources to succeed.

LSU, in the year 2016 provides any coach the resources to succeed. You put the right coach with those resources, and it will produce championships. Championships are not won because of reputations. Times have changed. Alabama has the resources and the coach. Saban is that good.
