Plenty have accused him of not recruiting to full potential, and struggling with OL and WR recruits. It's not a coincidence the 2 biggest weakness' on this team are directly correlated with that. Some call that reality, while you call that laughable excuses. You and your first round pick Pyke, speaking of a laughable idea. We can also add not having a quality experienced qb ready to play in 2015 or 2016.

Struggles with Oline and WR talent? Has 6 OL and 6 WR in the NFL including some All Pros.... not many coaches have more.
