And staring squarely at 0-9 this season.

This is ku bad. This is the kind of stuff that takes a decade or more to recover from in a league like the SEC.

The sky isn't falling, we're well past that point.

This is the end for the foreseeable future. If this was a business the board would vote to can the CEO, file for bankruptcy and start anew.

I think it's time to seriously clean house, and remove everything and everyone related to the boycott. Coaches, players, branding, kill it all.

This program is dead if they continue down this path of indifference and apathy.

And the SEC East isn't even a good division this year.

6-47 vs. P5 opponents under KA in basketball btw.

I haven't watched a game since Kim took over.

Football is soon to be the same way. I'm a Mizzou fan, I can handle getting kicked in the balls when the chips are on the table, but this shite is deplorable.

It's been a fricking embarrassment for the last two seasons. I blame everyone involved in the program. No one is innocent in this giant pile of dog shite program.

Meanwhile, the players shrug it off, the coaches act like submissive eunuchs, afraid of showing emotion publicly.

It's so sad that it's funny.

What's sad is you can see the other East bottom feeders are miles ahead of us. Vandy's going to grind us into dust.

Odom will singlehandedly save the job of every SEC coach in limbo: Stoops, Orgeron, Derek Mason and Bert.

360 degrees of sad.

Wasted two years of big time football, allowed the players to dictate policy, failed on a crucial hire.

The last part is likely the sum of the whole, but still, the only answers to this equation are easy to come by, but difficult to accept.

I love BO, and if they had hired him in a vacuum, I think he'd be ok. This stuff is insurmountable for a first time head coach.

The program was gutted from the inside.

RIP Mizzou Football.

Meh. It will get back. Things are normally not as bad (or good) as they seem.

Protest was a killer. It did a massive amount of damage to the university and team. It's going to take awhile to get out of that. Just get through this year and hit the reset button.

I've seen it when it was really bad.

It's that bad again.

Hitting the reset button does nothing but reset the faulty machine.

Gut the machine, or get a new one.

I have too.

I'm not sure I agree.

It's bad, of course. It just doesn't feel like that. It feels like we have a shitty team with a first year coach making first year coach mistakes. In other words, something that you can rebound from.

I see several problems. Most due to coaching.

The massive system change on defense is obvious. Wholesale changes to a good defense reeks of not understanding how to coach. Sure, migration to the defense you prefer is fine, but thinking that turning it upside down year one reeks of a rookie move.

The fact that the receivers and QB are completely out of sync reeks of poor coaching.

The fact that when Zanders comes in, the offense shifts to a predictability factor of 100 reeks of poor coaching.

This team has talent, it shows in flashes. The coaching staff is a dud, and the players, at least the older ones, know it.

Time to cut bait. This isn't going to work.

Didn't Arkansas go 0-8 in conference and lose to Louisiana Lafeyette in 2012? 2 years later, and they were at least a 7-8 win team. I don't see all this "gloom and doom" you're projecting here.

Yeah, you're right.

Quick question though, while all that was happening for Arkansas, and we were winning, who recruited better?

2014

2015

We won the East, and they sucked arse, and we recruited at the same level after they had the John L. Smith fiasco.

Keep on trying to tell yourself we aren't fricked.

I'll save you the time and effort of putting two and two together.

We're fricked.

Then go ahead and jump off the ledge then. Just let us know when so someone can dial 911 for you.
