IHCBO will get at least one more year. That should ensure recruiting is completely destroyed. THen a decade of bottom dwelling under mediocre cheap coach hires, perhaps longer unless we accidentally hire someone really good. This will make the board of curators happy, as all that lovely SEC money will not have to be wasted on the football program.

I don't think they'd have a problem paying a coach 4-5M, nor do I think they'd pump more than 100M in the past 5 years into facilities if they didn't want the football team to succeed.

We are just, now, in a bad spot. Odom will either get it turned around or he won't. If not, in a couple years we will be in a better position to hire someone. Further away from the protest and if not a completed new football facility then at least one underway.

Just going to have to take our lumps for awhile. Hopefully not much longer.

We should go after Bo Pellini. He doesn't care how much Mizzou pays him because Nebraska has to pay the difference of a 3 million dollar guarantee. So we sign him for 1 million and the nubs pay him 2.

The guy won 8-9 games a year in his first HC job. And the players loved him and his intensity.
