Do you think Byron Cowart regrets not coming to Florida?

Jefferson played in all games this season, Cowart has only played in 4 of 7.

Cowart is a great example of why the recruiting services don't know shite.

He also only recorded 1 tackle in 2015.
Jefferson had 18.
This year:
Jefferson 7 with 9 assists.
Cowart has 5 with 1.
Muschamp ruining everyone.

I would compare Keivonnis Davis to Cowart.
He was Cowart's replacement

What? Most 4/5s* are studs and it shows every year in college and the draft. Cowart has the talent he's just lazy.

Super Bowl rosters not all 4 * and 5 *

Cowart didn't come here because Mac can't recruit. We should have never fired Muschamp

There's thousands of 3*s each year.

According to Rivals ratings, on average five-stars are drafted almost two entire rounds earlier than two-stars and unrated players. The table below shows that every increase in star rating is related to a better draft position, which ranges from the end of the fifth round for unrated players to the end of the third round for five-stars.

In another WSJ article, I claimed that each increase in star rating corresponded with a better draft position and more success (higher AV) in the NFL. Those are two big claims, so let's break them down further.

Note that, since 2003, the eleven teams in the "five-star" group have combined for 21 appearances in the BCS Championship game, compared to one appearance by any of the 64 teams listed below. (The lone exception in that span, Oregon, just barely missed the cut for five-star status.) The only "five-star" teams that never played for a title in the BCS era are Georgia and Michigan; among the rest, only Notre Dame failed to make a repeat trip.

He could be happy that he has a new DC that has been able to turn the defense around. If not then he got what he deserved for picking a coach over the program.

It's amazing how much a defense can change.
When that man leaves the team.

Unfortunately, Mac and the Gators will continue to hear these paper tiger arguments until they win something of note.
Really all there is to say.

I'm sorry, but I'm gonna have to stop you right there.
You can say that for this year, but we beat the frick out of Ole Miss last year with a freshmen quarterback and 9 offensive linemen on the roster.
We didn't even have enough linemen to run practice.
We've won big games, but because some piece of shite incompetent head coach didn't recruit quarterbacks and outright destroyed good ones, we just sort of tapered off.
Give Mac a decent quarterback, not amazing, not the best in the country, just a decent guy, and he seems to win. Sometimes it's not pretty, but he's definitely winning. The only time he seems to lose is when his second string quarterback has to play on the road (it was our first loss last season).
He's won some good games, but without a quarterback you can't do dick in the SEC. Really, on any team.
Add on a kicker, offensive line, etc. etc..
We fixed two of those three massive problems, for the most part. We have a decent quarterback, a damn fine kicker and our offensive line is having growing pains.
I'm not mad at you, but to say we haven't won noteworthy games isn't fair. Ole Miss and even Tennessee were pretty good wins last year. Georgia to boot.
This year, we're finally gonna get that test (and if that's what you meant, my bad).

Most people don't take the time to form the educated opinions that you do.
The other narrative gets more clicks, and more people are believing it right now.
It is what it is.

That's a reasonable response, well, hopefully he shuts them up soon.
Because if we drop even one more game (as unfair as it is), this place will be unbearable.
