Seth Emerson did a mailbag last week that touched on the handcuffing Felton and Fox had/have in recruiting. Due to Harrick.
Would a new coach have that same hadncuff? Would that affect their decision to accept a job here?

We have just recently started to get into the AAU game as that is Yassir Rosemonds recruiting playground.

I honestly don't buy the handcuffed argument... look at that fricking dump we call a stadium... look at fox and double dickhead dog thinking sucking is good with Pistol Geno compared with an upside of a 4 star guard...

Depends on what exactly being handcuffed entails, is it just not allowing Fox to "get dirty" in recruiting or is it something much more. There is enough to sell at UGA that we don't necessarily need somebody who is an absolute slimeball, snake oil salesman, handing out free cars to get good players here. Fox isn't necessarily a great recruiter and he doest always seem to like giving a lot of minutes to freshmen, but he's done a good job of bringing in good players. Maybe I'm biased but I feel that an up and coming mid-major coach or assistant at a top school would be very interested in the job, should it become available.
