We're #126 out of #128 in opponent's penalties at 33.7 ypg. 10rc is #61 for 55.2 ypg.
We're #53 (52.3 ypg) for our own penalties and 10rc is #79 (59.7).
Overall, the REC has clearly dropped the ball.

Well the refs aren't stupid. How many holding calls does it take to wipe out an Arkansas touchdown?
