The dedication to winning has. Saban convinced them to spend dollars in facilities, on coaches, and whatever other resources it takes to compete. That was not there in the 90s.

90s were the anomoly, not the 2000s. That's what most people on this board don't understand
LSU was Elite 1934-1989, what changed in 1989 is the more appropriate question. Whatever it was it was fixed in 2000.
