While I'm aware that you were being facetious, only Mississippi keeps Louisiana from being the biggest shithole in the U.S. We stopped at a gas station in Monroe on the way back from Gulf Shores. Someone had actually taken a sideways shite in the urinal.

It's called the "Louisiana Purchase", (not the Alabama purchase) which doubled the size of the United States at the time and of which there wouldn't be roughly a third of the states currently in the union, but hey who needs history right?
