At this point, you have the captain of the defense essentially stating that there are players that aren't interested in learning their craft to make the team better, that they want to do what is familiar. These players that have NFL dreams are going to have a season full of tape of them not doing their jobs in an NFL scheme. They are going to get plenty of questions why if they are lucky enough to get interviewed by NFL squads. It would be in their best interests if they start doing their jobs better instead of wanting it simple.

I hope Odom is clearly communicating this to them.

Otherwise they'll simply blame the scheme change for depriving them of pre-ordained 1st round draft status.
