Election reform - no one outside the electoral boundaries of that particular race can contribute to a candidate (I.e. only voters in that state can donate money to a statewide race, only city residents in municipal races, etc.). Plus, only actual live persons can donate. No PACs, corporations, etc can donate money.

You choke off the money to the politicians and the rest will take care of itself.

Pretty damn good, I might add "invisible" influence as well. You have a city councilman who gets no apparent political funds but his son gets a KFC franchise in another state as "payment" for a zone change in his city for a big corporation. Arms length really needs to be arms length.
