Collins' OE is that high because he does almost nothing while on the court. His usage rate in conference is barely 10%, lowest of any player in the SEC that players 40% of more.

oh sure. He's definitely drafting off of the other players. Put me on the court with Michael Jordan and I'm gonna have a pretty good OE.
But I'm not sure why you are critical of his usage. I don't want him taking shots (or turning it over). Team success is a function of people playing their parts. He's doing that. When he's on the court, we score at a pretty good rate.
Overall we need better players but he's done okay offensively (where he's lacking is on the defensive end)
