Not bad either way, but weighted by your permanent cross division opponent.
I fail to see what difference that makes unless you're seeking validation for Alabama being good. The fact that the best team in the SEC is UT's permanent opponent doesn't in any way diminish his argument. It just reinforces it

Don't need validation for how good my team is, least of all from strangers on a message board. I'm fully aware of how good they are and I am enjoying the ride.
My point was that the 122-24 record is skewed somewhat by their permanent opponent, so it's not like the conference has "screwed" them with scheduling. I also said that the record of their west opponents was impressive either way, meaning even without the permanent opponent skewing the numbers somewhat.
the 122-24 record is winning percentage of 83.6%. If you look at just their cross division permanent the 62-7 record is 89.9%. The other west division opponents still have an impressive 77.9% even if you exclude Bama from their schedule. The point was that it is impressive either way.
