It doesn't have to be inside the ten. If he puts it inside the 20 you come out ahead. Unfortunately he put it in the endzone (IIRC) and they got it on the 20, which still isn't horrible. I don't know....I think I would have punted too, so I won't criticize Kirby for doing that.

I thought Ramsey did a pretty good job punting last year. I don't understand why he hasn't gotten a shot at it this year.

Between the 10 and 20 is a net 18 to 28 yard gain. You don't really start putting pressure on the QB /offense until you get it inside the 5. I guess we don't know how confident the staff was as to our ability was to do so.
