I'll give you that he's trending that way. Not too late for him to turn it around and be decent (like Mo Claiborne has gone from "bust" to "decent"). That said, he's been constantly injured and hasn't been able to get the practice reps needed to get better, much less the game reps. When he was consistently getting reps he was producing/improving. He was NFL defensive rookie of the month at end of his rookie season.
