So the ball is clearly in his hands with the defender not in the way of Tony catching the ball.
And the route was not a fade, it was purposefully under thrown similar to the previous weeks play where Sean threw a back shoulder TD pass to Tony.

Yes, Tony Stevens very clearly jumped over White and tried making a difficult play on the ball if that is what you are saying

That TD you are referring to was a broken play where SW and TSteve did a great job finding each other in what can be described as a sandlot football situation
