Couple of real Sherlocks we got here. Same favorite team, same initials, same black/white themed avi.
Straws -- anyone that's willing to read these posts should be able to see you're wrong, even if they know nothing about this topic.
For your own knowledge, in most BJJ gyms the 'sport' aspect is not the sole emphasis. All programs that I've seen integrate real life scenarios into BJJ and teach a full scope approach to self defense -- and of course fighters interested in becoming well rounded practice other disciplines aside from BJJ.
You seem to not grasp the concept that BJJ is a skill within the skill of grappling. Isolating the art for the purpose of mastering it has value.
