He doesn't play a whole lot of bump and run, but when he does it's just fine. He doesn't get a good jam but he stays right on the hip of the receiver most of the time.

Patently false. Also, he rarely, if ever, lets WRs get more than a step on him. Again, his strongest attribute is his ability to stay on the hip of WRs. He's done it with everyone he's covered, including Amari Cooper who's one of the best route runners I've ever seen as a college WR.

White has great short area quickness. He gets beat over top though. In the scouting report you mentioned it says he gives up 18 yards a completion. Maybe it's just the one of the Texas Tech WR leaving a smoke trail for the TD that I can't get past.
