White is experienced and and has great ball skills. He doesn't have the make up speed you like to see from elite corners and he is kind of soft as well against the run. He is not as good as Tabor, Hump, or Carlton Davis.
He is fringe top 5. The top 3 are clear cut IMO.

Incorrect.
See the scouting report on the last page for proof. His ball skills are mediocre, but his coverage is absolutely elite.
The only thing you're correct about is his play against the run.
