I don't know if it's normal. I kind of doubt this level of dissension is normal and if I'm questioning "why in the frick are we doing this?!" then I can definitely see where the players are thinking the same thing.
I'm reading a lot into this, but I'm just not impressed with Cross. It's not even the results. He seems to like to deflect blame quite a bit.
I'm just getting a real uneasy feeling about this whole situation the more I hear these guys talking about it. Hopefully I'm overreacting.
