re: I am concerned about Jacob Eason's arm

He has great arm strength and a nice release. He is throwing off his back foot at times, I assume,e because he is feeling the pressure or he is uncertain or there is a lot going on in his head to the point that it hurts his mechanics. I think me also may be taking some off the shorter passes try to get some touch on them. He has a lot of tools to be really good.
