I think he's got the arm strength but his deep passes are surprisingly ugly for such a highly touted QB. The way they wobble in the air they look to be on the verge of being the proverbial "dead duck" throws. He has nice tight spirals and velocity on his short to intermediate throws and nice touch on his screen passes so I think he's either feeling pressure when throwing the deep balls due to his waiting around in the pocket or he's trying to aim the ball instead of just throwing it, which could be screwing up the way the ball is rolling off his fingers.
