No arm strength problem. He's working on his accuracy and touch so that he doesn't overthrow every time.

Biggest factor there is timing, which is why I think we ought to pick a guy and stick with them as the starting QB. I'd like for Eason to get the job and get his experience in this season. He'll only get better with reps. His timing will only improve by throwing to receivers often.
