I just read that Prairie View is an A&M regional campus.

Prarie View A&M was a product of segregation. It's located about 45 miles from College Station. The student population is still to this day primarily African American. A&M has a very low black student population, so a lot of black students choose to go here instead.

Grand Prairie is a city in the Dallas area.
Prairie View is north of Houston but south of College Station.

Didn't Prairie View lose like a hundred games in a row, recently? May have been awhile back.
