Well, either Ross is getting lied to or he's feeding us a lot of crap. At this point, it's time to put up or shut up with the NCAA. No Bueno.

I enjoy football and will enjoy this season. Would be more fun without this cloud hanging over us. Even if I knew the banhammer was coming it is still fun.

Oh well, I always have my Vandy season tickets.

I don't watch football other than ole miss so maybe it's just hard for me to care when I feel like if the NCAA has its way it'll all be vacated anyway. I don't think that will happen but I'm just jaded.

I just don't know how the NCAA can justify interviewing other players from rival schools to get their key piece of evidence. IF anything it shows the school the players chose is more than likely more corrupt than Ole Miss. It's a terrible angle for their investigation to pursue and means they are in dire straights to find enough evidence for the punishment they want to hand out.

The NCAA isn't going to stop until tgis ends very poorly for us. We are the school that finally gets shite on. We will never be a major player with MSU in this state.

Same here. I couldn't imagine the hell of only watching ole miss games lol.

Issue with interviewing other playing is they better have some fan good hard evidence to backup their claim or else what's stopping them from making shite up just to hurt a rival

I'm not. I don't give two shits if they go back and vacate stuff. Means nothing to me. They can't take away the memories i would have of we were to win big this year.

This is old but I saw this on Twitter this morning. While they are interviewing players they should take all players accounts into consideration, not just the ones that fit their narrative. That's why this whole thing is so sketchy to me.

That's like saying the IRS should consider how many people do pay their taxes every year when assessing the ones who didn't.

Don't get me wrong, I would love to get pulled over for speeding and the cop let me off because other drivers were going the speed limit.

This has been going on for the last 40 years.

The game is played out at all schools. When someone gets the upper hand that shouldn't, it's time to take down the upstart.

Ole Miss has been the whipping boy for the SEC ever since Bama starting running the league.

Ole Miss isn't doing anything that the other schools are doing. So, lets roll the Rebels over to the NCAA as the only school doing anything illegal.

Bama is sitting on 20 recruiting violations and not one media outlet is reporting on it. Why?

We know who runs the league and whose money is running the league.

It's time for the Rebels to burn the ships and the SEC and blow the cover off this crap can called the SEC.

Let's face it. If we aren't a bunch of racist, then we have to be a bunch of no good cheatin'arse liars.

The rest of the SEC can suck dez nuts.

That's a completely broken analogy.

Those are several different infractions, or lack thereof, by several different people.

This is an investigation into a single entity. They should absolutely take into account testimony from players who say they were never offered money or other incentives to attend Ole Miss. That's called conducting and unbiased investigation.

As it stands the NCAA is trying to prove guilt rather than trying to find the truth. When you set out on a task or investigation with a desired outcome in mind then you will ignore all evidence that points you in the opposite direction you want to go. That's what seems to be happening here.

EDIT - Also, please fix the spelling of the word "piece".
