Maybe you should read your own statements. The statistics are fuzzy because assholes hear about rape and go "why was she drunk around guys while wearing a skirt?" The reporting rate on rape certainly has not gone down since you were partying and getting shite faced. Something tells me that more women were getting drunkenly assaulted back then than were reported too, so I'm not sure a line of thinking like "this didn't happen back in my day!" is a good way to go.
