Definitely.

Number, I can see what you're saying. What's really shocking to me is the average 2-1 is about 1200 a month right now. Rent alone is going to cause Fayetteville to be less livable town. Rent doesn't have to be that high but it's tough to build because the local government has their mitts in everything it seems.

Rents are higher in Bentonville.

I'd rather the market stay tight than get flooded, but I own a house already.

The problem with too many rentals is that landlords often live somewhere else, and they'll fill them with Section 8 if they have to.
