But for links you can just copy, then paste the link in the text box where I'm typing now, then hit submit.

If you want to modify what the link says, click the link box to the right of the text box. Paste your link in the box that pops up click enter then modify the text where it says 'LINK'

For multiple links you have to use the second method I listed above for each link.
