Isn't "flagship" usually "The University of ______________"?
USCe has some positive characteristics. Frat row and the train cars at the stadium are cool. Most people there are really pretty cool on game day. Not a big fan of the area surrounding the campus or the stadium, which is way too far from campus, IMHO.

the Vista isn't far from campus other than for UGA people.
i like Columbia a lot better than Athens.
