What's worse? Strong at Texas or ATM paying Sumlin a cool 5 mil to finish no better than 3rd in their own division?

I was ranking Kelly #1 because he's made out to be one of the best CFB coaches. Even though if you look at his record there's little proof that he's better than Bo Pelini.
People are becoming increasingly skeptical of Charlie Strong. Even though he's still made out to be a better coach than he really is.
