Except, those "exceptions" are SOP and part of the process, so not really. Those same exceptions and others are granted in every in every case like this.

In what cases were these same exceptions granted seriously? The only thing I have heard about the graduate rule is the standard guidelines: the kid has to sit out a year then he can play.
