reserved for asking the board if we'd rather NOT name a starter until a few regular season games and let it play out on the field kind of like Saban has done recently?

That's what I'd like to do.
I don't think there is any need to publicly name a starter before the Clemson game. Why not use the perceived QB issue as a weapon and make them prepare for all three. If we can't even decide what kind of offense we will run, how can they game plan?
