Why McKenzie wasn't back to return every punt last season when he was healthy was one of the biggest mysteries of last season. It was almost like Richt wanted a rotation just to say he had a rotation when McKenzie was clearly the best return man on the team (and probably the SEC).

Just a guess? McKenzie had a reputation (Whether it was earned or not, I don't know) for leaving the ball on the ground from time to time. Our problem was we had two return guys with major flaws. One made poor decisions and the other fumbled. Both were capable of taking a kick for 6, and both were capable of making horrible mistakes.
