I input my Tupelo 38801 zip code on the Blitz site and it said you're eligible.
Hypothetically. If I wanted to try and circumvent the 60 mile rule. I would change the address on one of my seldom used credit cards to my parents address(well within the 60 miles). Go to paperless billing to receive my bill by email. Pay bill and Blitz on.
