No doubt...and Ohio State is absolutely the flagship of Ohio. There is no legitimate argument on either UT or OSU not being the flagships.

There is a legitimate argument against Texas being the (only) flagship. In fact, it's not an argument--it's an established fact that the state of Texas has two.
We're not discussing ohio state here.
