LF7 Squat Workout
In the spirit of the original thread, I submit that Leonard Fournette should be able to max out at 730 pounds, as he easily does all these 405 pound reps. While super impressive, maxing out vs repping something out is way different.
I got a buddy who front squats (harder) 415 for 5 yet probably maxes out less than LF7. Just way different
