It's one of the reasons he's successful in college, but it's highly unlikely he would ever have the same level of success in the NFL. The NFL is structured in a way that levels the playing filed and it's more about the X's and O's on game day when compared to college.

Very true. And at this point in his life, why work in the NFL where you can only get a couple of top shelf players a year when you can get a couple of dozen a year in college?
