I would like to see a game 3 of 2011 LSU v Bama.
I think Cam Newtons auburn team vs 2013 Jameis at FSU would be tight
And then maybe see 2005 USC from Bushs heisman year vs 2014 Ohio state team

Without a doubt if the definition of 'best' is 'as compared against all other teams that year'....I go with 1945 Army. Not even close (but hardly a normal year).
Best team to not win the NC? 1973 OU. The 3 Selmon brothers and Joe Washington. Breakaway jerseys and rampant cheating. The good ole days.
