Some do, some do not and were just really well hyped/camped/mentored. If you know what to look for on tape you can see it too. Things like; anticipation of running lanes, how he reacts when lanes/blocks fall apart/instincts, natural athletic ability, tenacity at contact, etc....

There are a lot of HS RB's that can run close to a 4.5-4.6 and run by most HS LB and Safeties and have a lot of yardage against 1A or 2A teams, but the ones that create something out of less opportune situations are special.
